What It Does

Precision-applied film for every window in your home

Residential window tint is a thin, optically clear protective layer bonded directly to your home's glass. The film rejects solar heat before it enters your rooms, blocks over 99 percent of UV rays, and can provide daytime privacy without darkening your space or changing how it looks from outside.

The result is noticeably cooler rooms in summer, lower air conditioning costs, reduced glare on screens and work surfaces, protection for hardwood floors and furniture that would otherwise fade, and the ability to see out while guests cannot easily see in during daylight hours.

Why Homeowners Choose It

Real comfort and real savings for your home

A straightforward upgrade that starts paying for itself as soon as you turn down your thermostat.

Beat the summer heat

Film blocks incoming solar energy so your A/C does not have to work as hard, leaving rooms more comfortable and your cooling costs lower.

Preserve floors and furnishings

Block 99 percent of damaging UV rays to stop fading of hardwood, rugs, artwork, fabrics and anything else in direct sunlight.

See out, stay private

Look out at your yard or street while neighbors and passersby cannot clearly see into your living spaces during the day.

Cut glare on screens

Reduce harsh screen glare so you can work, read or watch TV more comfortably without the sun washing out your view.

Strengthen your glass

Security-grade tint holds glass together on impact, which helps protect your family during severe weather and can deter break-ins.

Decorative finishes available

Frosted, etched, or custom-cut films can add an elegant, finished look to bathrooms, entryways, or any glass surface you want to stylize.

Common Questions

Residential window tint, explained

Will tint make my rooms too dark?
Not at all. Many of our residential films are nearly clear and reject heat while keeping your interior bright and natural. We offer options ranging from invisible to fully private, so you control how much light and view you preserve.
Can window tint actually save money on cooling?
Yes. By blocking solar heat before it enters your home, the tint reduces how hard and how long your air conditioner runs, which many homeowners notice as lower cooling costs, especially during hot months.
Does privacy film work at night when the lights are on inside?
Reflective daytime-privacy films reverse their effect after dark when interior lights are on. For round-the-clock privacy in any light, we recommend frosted, etched, or fully opaque films instead.
How long does a typical home installation take?
Most residential jobs take one to three days depending on the number of windows. We schedule the work to fit your schedule and keep disruption to your home at a minimum.
